Create your own Ligurian pesto

Put yourself to the test and learn how to prepare traditional Genoese pesto just like it was made in the past. During this two-hour masterclass you will be welcomed with a basil and lemon welcome drink (also available non-alcoholic), served with crispy focaccia and pesto. Then its time to get hands-on: you will prepare pesto step by step, just like our grandmother used to do. During the experience you will also learn about the history of this traditional recipe, how it evolved over time, and the unique qualities of its ingredients. The experience ends with a tasting of trofie, fresh pasta produced locally, served with the pesto prepared during the masterclass and paired with a glass of local white wine.

What is included: All the ingredients and equipment needed to prepare Genoese pesto will be provided to participants.
