The "DA EURO" guest house is located in the city center of La Spezia (Liguria, Italy) at Via Antonio Gramsci 70, a 10-minute walk from the train station for the Cinque Terre (8 minutes by train) and 5 minutes from the boats to Lerici, Portovenere, Palmaria Island, and Portofino.
The guest house is located in a building dating back to the mid-1900s.
It offers four double rooms, all simply and functionally furnished, equipped with a small minibar, LCD TV with digital terrestrial, free internet access, heating, and air conditioning.
Each room has a private bathroom with a toilet, bidet, sink, glass shower stall, and hairdryer.
The staff will clean the rooms daily and change the towels.
The sheets will be changed every three days, or for each new guest.
Breakfast, upon request, can be enjoyed at a partner café located a short walk from our property and can include sweet or savory items.
The property also features a small common area where guests can relax and enjoy a coffee or a drink while planning day trips suggested by our staff.
Our property's location also offers the opportunity to participate in a significant cultural journey through the various museums in La Spezia, located in the immediate vicinity. The most important is the Lia Museum, with works from Roman art to 18th-century Italian art, including works by Titian, Tintoretto, Veronese, Pontorno, and Canaletto; the Seal Museum; the Center for Modern and Contemporary Art (CAMEC); the Ethnographic Museum; the Naval Museum (with hundreds of scale models of Italian Navy ships from all eras); the Diocesan Museum; and the Archaeological Museum of the Castello S. Giorgio, with important finds of ancient Roman art.
Thanks to its proximity to the train station and the motorway junction, transfers to Pisa, Genoa, Florence and their airports, the Ligurian Riviera, and Tuscany are a breeze.
