Close to the pedestrianised area, alongside Passeggiata Morin (the promenade), you will find the maritime tourism consortium\u2019s boarding point. From April to 1st November, its 15 boats connect the province\u2019s main seaside destinations every day. Sea lovers will enjoy the opportunity to admire the spectacular views and landscape from a unique and different viewpoint. The available lines run from: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In addition to the road and motorway routes detailed in the \u2018how to get here\u2019 section, public bus transportation in La Spezia is provided by A.T.C., a company that has been operating in the province for over 30 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The \u2018urbano\u2019 bus service covers the municipality of La Spezia, while the \u2018extra urbano\u2019 reaches the rest of the province, as well as cities such as Carrara and Aulla, and the province of Reggio Emilia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In recent months, additional services have been added to and from the main tourist destinations, to meet growing demand.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

    In recent years, train services in the area have undergone radical improvement and the creation of the Cinque Terre Express was a major turning point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The \u2018Cinque Terre Express\u2019 project, promoted by the park of the same name in collaboration with the Liguria region and Trenitalia, provides a fast and frequent connection between La Spezia Central Station and the five seaside villages, in a sort of light rail system. During daytime hours, departures are scheduled every 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    There are also frequent services to Sarzana, an important centre in Val di Magra, and to the neighbouring areas of Versilia and Lunigiana.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

    \u2018Speziainbici\u2019 <\/strong>is a service that allows everyone \u2013 residents, commuters, tourists and occasional visitors \u2013 to hire a bicycle from any pick-up point and return it to any other designated point in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The goal is to promote cycling and make it easier to get around the city on a bike, thus improving quality of life (including air quality) and allowing visitors to enjoy a city centre free from cars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The shape of the city facilitates and promotes bicycle sharing, as the vast majority of services can be found in level areas; if you cycle up a few short slopes, you can also enjoy unforgettable panoramic views.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can access multiple bike hire services in real-time with a new and functional app: check availability, find pick-up points, book your bicycle directly and purchase day passes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
