Andrea Pennacchi brings ‘Alieni in Laguna – Studio per uno spettacolo’ (Aliens in the Lagoon – Study for a show) to La Spezia
An intense, poetic and surprising theatrical reflection: Andrea Pennacchi, an actor and author beloved by the public, arrives in La Spezia with ‘Alieni in Laguna – Studio per uno spettacolo’ (Aliens in the Lagoon – Study for a show), on stage on Tuesday 29 July at 9:30 pm in Piazza Europa.
Written, directed and performed by Pennacchi himself, with original live music by Giorgio Gobbo, the show tackles a highly topical issue: the impact of alien species on the ecosystem and biodiversity, observed through the theatrical lens that blends comedy, drama and poetry.
Pennacchi takes the audience on a narrative journey through lagoons and threatened landscapes, where environmental metaphors intertwine with human destiny, offering food for thought on climate change and our responsibility towards nature.
“Alieni in Laguna” is a work in progress, a “study for a show” that already presents itself as an engaging and necessary story, capable of moving and provoking thought.
Free admission. Theatre that is good for the heart and conscience.
