Our guesthouse is located in the historic and commercial center of La Spezia, precisely in Piazza Cavour better known as “Market Square” where you can easily walk to bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, post office, newsagent, ice cream, bus stops, train station and the boarding of boats to the 5 Terre, Portovenere, Palmaria Island, Lerici, Portofino. The property consists of spacious and comfortable rooms, all equipped with tv, fridge, small terrace, air conditioning and private bathroom, the linen with attached cleaning takes place every three days and is included in the price.
Check-in and reception service starts from 2pm. Guesthouse is open from 14:30 to 19:30, we accept arrivals only at this time; in case of early/delayed check-in, it is necessary to check the availability of the staff. Please remember to tell us in advance (by email or phone) the estimated time of arrival. Coming to the guesthouse without having alerted about the time of arrival can cause long waits. If possible, please send us a mobile phone number to communicate with you. Check-out until 10:30. Payment at check-in and only by cash.
