The Sunny Rooms guest house is located in La Spezia 500 meters from Central Station and a 5-minute walk from the historic city centre.

The strategic position of our rooms gives you the possibility to fully enjoy all the wonders of the area. You can reach the famous Cinque Terre in just 8 minutes by train, and by bus also Portovenere, Lerici and Sarzana. The bus station is just a 2-minute walk from the structure. With extreme simplicity you can also crossing the city center and reach the ferryboat station.

The Sunny Rooms guest house was inaugurated in April 2019 and offers elegant rooms, equipped with all comforts: private bathroom, courtesy kit, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, self check-in, LCD TV with flat and digital screen terrestrial, kettle for tea and coffee, free luggage storage at the property.

Our management will welcome you in the structure and will provide you with all the useful advice you will need to enjoy your holiday in the Gulf of Poets, providing you with maps of the city, activities and information brochures on Cinque Terre, Lerici, Portovenere and Sarzana.
